Pimento solution brought to SDF a possibility to centralize product data governance and
customize product and service offering for its customers for various product types: Accessories, Trade
Parts, Lubricants, Workshop Tools, Service Contracts,... and publish them on several
marketplaces.
The SDF store - Digital Product Information Portal - implemented both as a B2B and B2C
ecommerce platform for multiple markets, is aimed at publishing products and services of the
Group and enabling third-party vendors (DFS) to list their products and directly interact with buyers.
It's managed as a dedicated store for each market, with highly customized content depending on the
market needs, marketing strategies, product availability and promotional offering. It features direct
payment methods, user registration, complete and cross integration with other EPARTS modules,
providing an elevated customer experience.
